The hotel is conveniently located in a nice area, with easy access to a busy bus station that can take you in any direction. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. the location and cleanliness were the highlights of the stay.

The staff lacked professionalism and communication skills. The noise from the housekeeping staff was also disruptive, preventing a peaceful sleep.

Interesting breakfast buffet to suit almost every wish. The buffet is renewed and varies from day to day.

Lunch coffee could be stronger and hotter.

Location, comfortable and clean rooms

A lot of noisy Hindus among the guests, night screams in the corridors, the staff is also Hindu and not always polite. Before our arrival we got permission to extend the day by 2 hours and then it turned out that the hotel has no information. Only after the intervention and negotiations was agreed to extend the day by 1 hour.

This hotel is conveniently located close to local markets such as Meena Bazar and Al Seef, making it easy to explore and shop for local goods. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout my stay. the hotel offers a good view of the surrounding area, allowing guests to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the waiters, were very helpful and provided excellent hospitality and services. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the room service was excellent. The location was great, being close to all shopping areas, especially in the Meena Bazaar area where gift items are available at very reasonable rates. there was a Pakistani restaurant nearby called Al Shorfaa Restaurant, which served delicious food.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

I have a big worry I am disappointed with the hotel because my partner forgot her purse at the reception there is all these documents ID card credit card allowed etc. when we arrived at the airport we realized that we forgot the bag at the reception a person from emirate called the hotel to ask to send the bag by taxi it is only 9km from the airport they are refusing and ask 40 euros to send it I accept but the person in charge of emirate told me we can no accept money and they are not asking for money it's not normal we had to ask for money because the plane is leaving he told me that he will ask them again to send it as he will send it with the next flight to phuket but no news i try to contact you i can't get there we are disappointed with the reaction of the hotel we ask you if you have taken contact this we are at the hotel add plus hotel in phaetons to find a solution for this bag thank you

I had such a great time at this hotel! the staff were absolutely amazing. From the duty manager who helped me navigate Dubai on a budget, to the attentive desk clerk and staff manager who made me feel like a valued guest, the service was top-notch. Secondly, the location was perfect. Situated in Old Dubai, it was easy to travel to all the tourist areas and there were plenty of delicious Arabic cafes nearby. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with either two double beds or a king-size bed. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of cuisines.

All in all, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. Everything was more than satisfactory!
